Don’t be fooled, this is not your usual pepper jelly. It was given a GMD spin and max out that spiciness with lots of local fruit and a bit of punchy organic vinegar (made from WA apples) for balance. The quince and apple also add body to the set allowing a ‘no pectin’ policy. It’s legit hot (yes!). It’s legit amazing. And it’s all natural.
