Salt & Grove Policies & FAQ
Online Orders: We hope you love the products you purchase from Salt & Grove. Returns or exchanges are accepted for the first 14 days after the item is received. Returned items must be in their original condition. To start a return, please get in touch by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will process the refund immediately upon receiving the returned item and will email you to confirm receipt and refund. For all accepted returned items, we’ll issue a refund of the price, however original shipping fees are NON refundable.
In-Store Returns: We're happy to exchange or issue a store credit for new and unused Salt & Grove items within 14 days of purchase with your receipt.
- Do you have paper receipts? We exclusively offer digital receipts. We believe in reducing the use of paper and maintaining a smaller carbon footprint.
- You are out of a product – how long until it’s back in stock? We work with small-batch makers, and each product is artfully crafted and designed. Because of this, products can take 2-4 weeks to arrive back in our stores. Don’t worry, it’s worth the wait, and we are happy to put you on a wait list so you can be among the first to snag your favorite product.
- I’m a local maker. Can I sell my products in your store? We’re always looking for new local artisans to feature at Salt & Grove! If you’re interested in working with us, please email us at email@example.com.
